The calibration certificate is an official accredited calibration of air-temperature sensors for chill and freeze. It costs DKK 500 (€67) per sensor as a one-off, excl. VAT. The shop offers it when you add a temperature sensor under Cold storage. It does not replace ongoing HACCP procedures; it documents accuracy at delivery.
